Booking Information

1. Between Easter and early September you can phone to discuss your requirements or complete and return the online enquiry form. The office is open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. During busy periods we do not put incoming calls on hold so you may need to try again later.

2. Between early September and Easter we are usually working outside during the daytime so you will need to use the online enquiry form.

3. Once we have received the Enquiry Form, we send an e-mail advising you whether we are able to accept the booking or not. If it is possible, you will be asked to confirm with a non-refundable booking fee of £75.00 per pitch per week (or the full payment if this amounts to less than £75.00). Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Dennis Farm Campsite. If you wish to make payment by BACS, our bank details will appear on the confirmation e-mail. Whichever method you use, please ensure that you give your name as a reference.

4. If the booking fee has not been received within seven days you will be contacted to see if you wish to go ahead with the reservation.

5. The balance of your payment will be due on arrival and has to be paid by cash, cheque, postal order or BACS. We cannot accept card payments.

For Data Protection reasons, your details will only be stored on our system if you make a booking with us and they will not be shared with any third parties. Information provided by clients who have booked will be retained in order to comply with HMRC regulations.
